Our favorite : apple mojito

6 cl 3 years old calvados
1/2 lime juice
Mint (3-4 leaves)
1 tsp cane sugar
Tonic or sparkling water
A drop of Angostura bitter
 
Combine lime juice, mint and sugar in a shaker.
Stir gently to bruise the mint.
Fill shaker 3/4 with ice.
Add the calvados. Shake it all.
Top with tonic and a drop of Angostura bitter.



  APPLE JACK
4cl calvados
2cl pear alcohol
1cl grenadine syrup
1cl fresh lime juice

ARIANE 4
4 cl calvados
0.5 cl pastis (aniseed flavoured spirit)
2 cl pineapple juice
A drop of strawberry liqueur

 
  CALVADOS GRAND BLEU
4cl calvados
2cl pineapple juice
1cl orange liqueur (Cointreau, Grand Marnier)
1cl Curaçao

CALVADOS SOUR
4cl calvados
2 tsp lime juice
1 tsp sugar
Shake in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

CALVADOS TONIC
3cl calvados
6cl tonic
Simple but very flavourful. The tonic brings out even more the apple flavour of a fine young calvados.

SIDE-CAR
3cl calvados
3cl cointreau
3cl fresh lemon juice

DÉSIRÉE
4 cl of calvados
A handful of strawberries
1 tsp sugar
1 mint leaf
Blend the strawberries with ice.
Pour in a glass
Add calvados, sugar, and mint leaf

  ESTELLA
3 cl calvados Vénérable
3 cl cocoa cream
3 cl sour cream
Sprinkle with ground nutmeg

ULTRA-VIOLET
10cl apple juice
3cl calvados
A drop of violet syrup
A drop of Angostura bitter
Mint leaves

NORMANDIE IMPERIAL
3cl Cherry Heering
3cl Mandarine Impériale (Napoléon)
6cl calvados
a few drops of lemon juice
decorate with 2 cherries and fresh mint leaves

5 cl of orange juice
1 cl of grenadine
1 ice cube per glass
